Techcon TS941 High Pressure Piston Valve.
High pressure valves provide very precise shots, where both a high accuracy together with a “high volume” capacity is required. They can also be used in a wide range of viscosity, shot sizes and pressures.
The material is sucked back so that it does not drip. The valves have a quick on / off dispensing function that is not affected by the selected material. An oil chamber helps prevent moisture from staying in the coil so they are excellent for moisture sensitive materials.
For pneumatic actuation, the valves can be used with an internal spring closure (single-acting), or a compressed air closure (double-acting). The outlet is a 1/4 ”NPT that allows the use of several types of dispensing needles.
Techcon TS5322 Mini Piston Valve.
The Mini piston valve series is intended for higher accuracy at lower pressures. The series works like TS941, only on a smaller scale.
Typical uses:
Suitable for moisture-sensitive adhesives. The piston valves can be used for many different purposes, such as flux paste, grease, RTV silicone, UV curing gel, solder paste and gaskets.
