Loctite 262 threadlocking adhesive is a red, medium to strong, thixotropic methacrylate-based, universal adhesive. Typical fixation times are 15 min on steel, 8 min on brass and 180 min on stainless steel. Fluorescent in UV lighting. Suitable for applications where migration of adhesive from the joint must be prevented. Tolerates light contamination with industrial oils. Suitable for all metal fasteners
