Cyber Bond 9090 activators (base: acetone / heptane mixture) accelerates the polymerisation of Cyanoacrylate adhesives. Use of Cyber Bond Activators is required when there is:
adverse environmental conditions (dry air, cold)
major gaps that need bridging,
inert materials involved (does not replace Cyberbond Primer 9056). Cyberbond Activator can be used in two different ways:
Pre-appliqué: Apply activator one of the parts to be bonded, and let it evaporate. Apply Cyberbond Cyanoacrylate to the second part, assemble quickly and let the glue polymerize.
After Application: spray a small amount of the activator to the surface of the remaining non-cured adhesives, and let the complete polymerization of the adhesive. In order to obtain a smooth adhesive surface, Cyberbond Activator sprayed from an appropriate distance (about 30 cm)
