Information collected

When you use our service, we may collect information about you as described further here:

Information you give us

The company collects information when you voluntarily transfer this information, for example in connection with access to our services. The information collected includes - but is not exclusive- your name and email address.

Data collected automatically

When you interact with us through our services, we receive and store information such as IP address, device type and your action in the service. We may choose to store such information in databases that are owned and operated by third-party vendors. The information is used to track and compare data across services. For example, it may be the total number of visitors to the website, and who has referred these visitors.

Aggregated data

To continually improve and understand our services and how they are used, we can investigate users' demographics, interests, and behaviors based on collected data. These studies can be collected and analyzed and shared with third-party vendors and business partners.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to follow your behavior and browser-specific settings, including notification settings. Cookies are parts of data that websites and services can store in your browser or device that can be read on future visits. We can choose to expand our use of cookies to store additional information as more functionality is added to our services.

We may choose to use third-party services such as Google Analytics on our site, which use cookies to collect specific information about your use of our services. These can be disabled in your browser settings.

This is where the information will be processed

Our services are located and treated in Denmark.

Our use of your information

We use the information you give us to comply with this privacy policy. If you provide us with information for other reasons, we may use this information to meet your needs. For example, if you contact us via e-mail, we can use your information to give you an answer to your question or find a solution to your problem.

Our legal evidence to handle your personal data

Much of our processing of personal data must ensure that our contractual obligations are respected - or that we can handle a specific request.

In some cases, personal information is processed to promote our interests in a way that does not exceed the individual's interests and privacy rights. It includes:

  • To provide a safe and good user experience
  • Customer Service
  • Marketing - for example, sending e-mails and other communications to inform you about news
  • Protect our users, employees and facilities
  • Analyze and improve our business - eg obtain information on how to use our services to optimize design and function
  • Manage applications
  • Manage legal cases

Legal obligation

We will use and disclose your personal information, if required, to comply with our legal obligations.

Accept

Where legislation requires it - and in some other cases - we handle personal data based on your indirect or direct acceptance.

Publication of your information

The company is not based on the sale of your information. We see this information as an exclusive part of our relationship with you. However, there are some exceptions where we can share your information with a third party:

Related companies

We can share your information with our business partners, but only in accordance with this privacy policy.

Related third party

We can hire other companies or self-employed to carry out business-related tasks. Examples include database maintenance or payment processes.

Legal requirement

We can disclose your information if required by law or in good faith that it is necessary to…
  • comply with legal obligations

  • protect the users of the service and the public's personal security
  • protect against legal responsibility

Aggregated or non-identifiable data

We can share aggregated or unidentifiable data with company partners and others who serve the business purpose.

Unsolicited information

Information from you with ideas and wishes for new or existing services is not confidential. We are free to use unsolicited information without limitation or credit.

Links to other websites

The personal data policy only concerns services. Services may include links to other websites which are not provided or controlled by us (third party websites). Personal data policy and related procedures do not include third-party websites. Links from services are therefore not controlled or examined for the personal data policy. In these cases, it is recommended to contact the third-party websites for information on their personal data policy.

The data-retention

Generally, data is stored for as long as it is relevant to serve its purpose. When abolishing, we can choose to anonymize, delete or similarly appropriate measures. Data can exist as backup or used to handle business continuity.

Security

The company works continuously to protect the information received through our services against loss, abuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, the company must emphasize that the Internet or e-mail communication is not 100% secure or error-free. Special email sent to or from services may be uncertain. You should therefore pay particular attention to what kind of information you share to the company via email and the internet.
