Cyberbond

Cyberbond develops and manufactures a wide range of high-performance and high-tech specialty adhesives for the industry, assembly and other manufacturing applications. Cyberbond is a TS 16949, ISO 9001 & amp; ISO 14001 certified company, and is constantly working to develop and produce the highest quality and most reliable adhesives possible.

Cyanoacrylate – fast curing adhesives - were developed in 1997. The goal has always been to offer the industry's most optimal products - and with this they have succeeded.

Cyberbond's Anaerobes and Sealants program is solvent-free and is a one-component system. These products are relatively unique because of their different strength properties. The products cure at room temperature by contact with metal and the absence of air. Different types of metals provide different strengths and curing times. For example, the products cure extremely fast on active metals such as copper or brass.

UV-curing adhesive is also one of Cyberbonds' strengths. It is a 1-component, solvent-free and essentially cold-curing adhesive. These UV adhesives cure rapidly using UV light. The base for most UV adhesives is acrylic or epoxy.

Cyberbond's new generation of UV curing adhesives is based on acrylic. The optimum wavelength to cure at 395 nm. Cyberbond deliberately tries to cure the UV adhesive between UVA waves and visible light.

Cyberbond offers a number of products to optimize the adhesive process:

• Primer to change the surface tension (Cyanoacrylates)
• Activator and Accelerator to accelerate the polymerization of Cyanoacrylates and Anaerobic
• D-Bonder for Cyanoacrylates and for cleaning your dosing equipment
• Cleaner to clean metal surfaces, especially for oil, grease, dust etc.
